16  Group Inspection

This is “In-process Inspection”. Each group has an inspector who is responsible for checking cloth quality. When problems occur, those inspectors need to assure that problems can be solved directly.

 

17  Thread Trimmer Machine & Thread Suck Machine

Here is “Thread Suck Machine”. After threads have been trimmed, cloth will be sent to this machine to blow away threads.

 

18  Ironing Equipment

Until last procedure, cloth has transferred into garment. But it is not the final step. After going through so many procedures, garment is already wrinkled. So, here comes next step: Ironing. In order to meet customers’ demands, garment need to be pressed carefully and measured as well.

This is “The tail workshop”.

 

19  Hanging Swing Ticket

This is one part of “Packaging Workshop”—hanging swing ticket, sticking certification etc. Only if quality can be guaranteed, garment can be sent to this workshop. All problems need to be solved during this procedure.

 

20  Packing

These are “garment in packages”. Then, garment can be shipped after packing them up.

21  Finishing

At last, through the joint efforts of many people, garment come to the market.
