Accurately Using

(1)The pedal speed should not be too fast, otherwise the machine parts should be damaged.(2) Simple maintenance should be carried out at ordinary times: Remove dust with a small brush or cotton yarn around the head and the feed dog. Wipe bobbin, bobbin case, hook bed.
(3) When not in use, lift the presser foot plate, remove the belt, hide the head into the table, or cover the cloth cover.
(4) No overheated or overweight things such as hot water cups, not can they be exposed to chemicals such as alcohol.

Often Add Oil

(1) New or not used for a long time sewing machines should be wiped away greasy dirt before they are used, and then 2 or 3 drops of oil should be added to each running part. After idling for a few minutes, then sewing.
(2) Oil is usually added every half month or one month. If used every day, oil may be added every 3 days, 1~2 drops of oil at a time.
(3) Choose a special sewing oil, must not use vegetable oil or inferior oil.
(4) It is best to add oil after sewing so as not to pollute the clothes with oil. After add oil, sidling and let the oil seep into all parts of the machine.
(5) When stepping on a sewing machine, if you feel laborious or have a strange sound under the machine frame, you should immediately refuel at all moving parts of the machine frame.

Cleaning and Adding Oil Parts of Sewing Machine

(1) Cleaning of feed dog: remove the screws between the throat plate and the feed dog, remove cloth hair, dust, and add a small amount of oil.
(2) Cleaning of hook bed: hook bed is the core of sewing machine work, and it is also the most prone place to fail. Therefore, it is necessary to remove dirt and add a small amount of oil.
(3) Cleaning of other parts: the surface of the sewing machine and all parts of the plate should be cleaned regularly.
(4) Each oil hole in the head of the machine: lubricating the main shaft and the parts connected to the main shaft.
(5) The parts inside the plats and the movable parts to which the components are connected. Lubricate the presser foot rod and the needle rod and the components connected to it.
(6) Clean the movement of the lower part of the machine board and add less oil.
There is no need to add too much oil to each oil hole and adding oil section, one or two drops.

Other Points of Attention

(1) After work, insert the needle into the needle hole plate, lift the pressing foot, and cover the head with the cover to prevent dust from invading.
(2) At the beginning of the work, check the main parts first, step up the heavy case, whether there is a special sound, whether the  needle is normal, etc. If the abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be repaired in time.
(3) After the machine has been used for quite a long time, a major overhaul is to be carried out. If the parts with larger wear, replace the new ones.
