SHOPPING PROCESS IN DETAILS:
1. REGISTRATION
A. Pls fill the register form with first name, last name, mobile no. (tel no.), email address, city and country; Choose one of your favorite chat tools (SKYPE, WECHAT, QQ, etc.), set password;
B. Pls fill more information about consignee or you can inform SEWINGBAR staff about it after you confirm the order;
C. Membership rights: If registered as our member, you will enjoy SEWINGBAR relevant preferential policies, regularly receive our special offer and discount, receive the latest product introduction and related reading materials.
D. Membership obligations: comply with related Internet laws, understand and properly use SEWINGBAR e-commerce platform rules.
2. SEARCH PRODUCTS
Depending on your familarity levels on equipment and production requirements, we recommend that you can search products by the following steps:
A. If you are familiar with sewing machines, you can enter model no. in the search bar or search by product name and picutre under “Product” category;
B. If you are not familiar with sewing machines, you can search by “Solution”(manufacture clothes, trousers, shoes, caps, luggage, textile, etc.) category in title bar;
C. If you know model no. and internationally famous brands, you can enter "CUSTOMIZED EQUIPMENT" in title bar based on your buying habits. "MODEL LIST" lists all the products on SEWINGBAR, you can sort goods by model no., alphabet or prices; you can also search same types of sewing machines from internationally famous brands; "OEM" category lists all the models that can be customized (MOQ for each customized type is 30 sets; if the quantity is less than 30 sets, we will charge you USD30 customized fees for each type of machine for the first time); colors of machine case and machine part can also be customized if the quantity is large.
D. If you do not have enough time to understand the products and prices of SEWINGBAR, you can enter the "REQUEST FOR QUOTATION" and send email to us and tell us what you need (preferably provide pictures, stitches, etc.) and your factory set-up and production requirement. SEWINGBAR will give you professional purchase solution and a list of recommended products.
3. ADD ITEMS INTO CART
Once you are familiar with products, you can add the products into shopping cart, delete or change products freely in shopping carts. Then you check shopping list or continue shopping.
4. FILLING ORDER INFORMATION
When you submit order, please complete the details of order required, including consignee, notify party, payment terms, required documents for your customs clearance,etc.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
A. SEWINGBAR staff will check your submitted orders or contact you for modification within 1--2 working days;
B. SEWINGBAR will recommand alternative products with similar quality and functions if your purchased goods stop production or are short of supply. If you will not accept substitutes, you have rights to change or cancel the order.
C.Products listed on SEWINGBAR are manufactured based on enterprise standards and quality standards of the People's Republic of China. If you have special requirements, please inform us in advance or make remarks in your shopping list;
D. Unless otherwise provided, SEWINGBAR will comply only with its minimum packing standards for the method of transportation selected - carton packing. Some of goods are wood packing. If customs in your county has special requirement on package, please pay attention to it and communicate with us timely. The costs of all special packing, loading &bracing and related shipment fees requested by buyer will be paid by buyer.
6. PAYMENT AND SECURITY
SEWINGBAR requires ONE-OFF payment for orders less than USD1,000 and overseas bank charges will be paid by buyer;
With total amount of each order exceeding USD1,000, you can choose ONE-OFF payment or partial payment before shipping (deposit plus balance) and overseas bank charges will be paid by buyer;
A. PayPal, West Union, T/T and L/C (depending on purchase quanitty and country, amount exceeding USD10000 ) are acceptbale. Except for PayPal, West Union Payment is payable to SEWINGBAR designated private account and beneficiary for other payment methods is "HANGZHOU MEETLIN IMP. & EXP.CO.LTD." only.
B. SEWINGBAR generally accepts US$ payment outside mainland China. If you pay in Euro, Australian Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, Chinese Yuan and other currencies, please check the exchange rate on Bank of China official website. Please contact SEWINGBAR staff in advance for other currencies’ beneficiary account;
C.The discount applies only to the invoice value of the order based on FOB term (excluding insurance or freight charges);
D. If you choose to pay by installment, SEWINGBAR reserves the right to require advanced payment, or satisfactory security for the goods through credit insurance or warranty according to buyer’s financial condition;
E. For security concern, SEWINGBAR staff will inform you payment account via email or contact you through other ways while confirming the order;
F. SEWINGBAR is not responsible for fraud or hacker attacks;
G.You can confirm beneficiary name and account no. again through mail sales@sewingbar.com and mobile phone 13357127700 before payment.
7. DELIVERY
SEWINGBAR will timely deliver the goods according to the terms of the order. Customs declaration will be done by Hangzhou Meetlin Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. SEWINGBAR will communicate with you in advance if we can not timely deliver the goods or book the vessels because of holidays or force majeure reasons. Hope your understanding.
TRANSPORTATION AND INSURANCE
A. SEWINGBAR usually ships goods by sea (shipping quote provided on this website for reference purposes only; Due to freight prices are varied in low and peak season, please contact SEWINGBAR staff to quote the latest shipping freight before order confirmation). If you want to ship the goods by air or courier, please contact SEWINGBAR staff firstly. If there is no alternative mode of transport during purchase process, please contact SEWINGBAR staff. Maybe your country does not have port or we do not completely fill port information.
B. Buyer will handle the insurance based on FOB term. Once goods cross the ship board, the risk is transferred from the seller to the buyer. If there is occurrence of damage or losses after goods corss ship board, the buyer should make claim to insurance company.
OWNERSHIP AND RISKS OF LOSSES
Goods are delivered to the buyer by the carrier, after which the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer. If there is loss during transportation, the claim should be made directly to the carrier as per insurance terms.
8. CONFIRM RECEIPT
You can receive the goods after paying customs duties and customs clearance fees according to your country's trade laws. Please check the quantity as per commercial invoice and packing list SEWINGBAR provided. If there is inconsistency, please take notes and report to SEWINGBAR staff ASAP. If you do not have any feedback after goods reach the destination within 15 days, SEWINGBAR deems that you confirm the receipt of goods.
9. ORDER COMPLETION
The order is completed after you confirm receiving the goods.
